Job Description

Requirements

1. Industry Experience (Preferred)

  • Copier & Office Equipment (Canon, Fuji Xerox, Konica Minolta)

  • IT / Office Solutions (laptops, servers, routers, MSP, cloud, network solutions)

  • B2B / Corporate Account Management (SME/enterprise clients)

  • Office Supplies / Automation Tools (workflow software, printers, scanners, telecom systems)

  • Customer Service / Field Sales (retail electronics, inside sales, field sales)

    2. Skills & Attributes

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Sales-driven, confident, and target-oriented.

    • Basic understanding of copier, IT, or networking solutions is an advantage.

    • Independent, responsible, and excellent follow-up skills.

    • Ability to learn solutions quickly and present them professionally to clients.

      3. Educational / Other Requirements

      • Minimum diploma/degree (preferred)

      • Prior sales experience in office technology or IT solutions

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Sell copiers, office equipment, IT solutions, and maintenance/service contracts.

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities through B2B outreach.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

     

    2. Account Management

    • Maintain records and sales pipeline in CRM/************* and and grow relationships with SME and enterprise clients.

    • Handle client renewals and long-term engagement.

    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution proposals.

      3. Customer Support & Coordination

      • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client requirements.

      • Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and service support.
