Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or account management will have an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in the hair, beauty, cosmetic, retail, or FMCG industry will be an advantage.

Assist Sales Lead in achieving monthly sales targets and company business objectives.

Follow up on existing customer orders, customer inquiries, and stock replenishment needs.

Build and maintain good relationships with salon owners, hairdressers, and customers.

Inform customers about new product launches, promotions, campaigns, and company activities.

Coordinate product knowledge training, product demonstrations, and customer education sessions.

Monitor customer purchasing patterns and identify opportunities to increase sales.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, customer records, and customer follow-up schedules.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and salon events.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Gather customer feedback, market information, and competitor intelligence.

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and support business growth.

Respond promptly to customer requests and provide effective solutions.

Perform other duties as directed by management from time to time.
