Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Able speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

  • Able to work under pressure and handle emergency situations

Responsibilities

  • Source for new customers & maintain existing customers.

  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

  • Handling prompt reply on customer inquiry.

  • Maintain good relationship with customers.

  • Any other jobs assigned by superior when necessary.
