Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.
  • Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade regulations, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify potential export opportunities for nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam products.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with international customers.
  • Willingness to be based onsite in Klang, Malaysia, and to travel internationally as required.
  • Basic knowledge of nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) foam products and their applications is a plus.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of export sales.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on overseas inquiries and existing clients.
  • Support Manager in identifying sales opportunities and promoting products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on product matters and project follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs, provide product info, and handle feedback or complaints.
  • Prepare quotations, reports, and customer presentations.
  • Attend trade shows, meetings, and conferences.
  • Assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment, including payment, licenses, and contracts.
  • Monitor order status with planning to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
