Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and digital.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
