Requirements
Minimum Degree holder
Experience in sales admin / sales support / sales role is an advantage
Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (GoHighLevel)
Good communication skills (Bahasa Melayu & English)
Detail-oriented in handling documents (quotation & invoice)
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand workflows
Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment
Strong sense of urgency in handling customers and tasks
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to work with minimum supervision
Able to manage multiple tasks/leads efficiently
Responsibilities
Prepare quotations & invoices accurately and efficiently
Respond to WhatsApp / call leads in a professional and timely manner
Follow up with customers (quotation, payment, confirmation)
Manage and update customer information and order status in the system
Ensure all order details are complete before handing over to the operations team
Coordinate with sales & operations team to ensure smooth execution of orders
Assist in handling customer enquiries or issues effectively
Maintain clear and organized communication with customers
Support the sales team in converting leads into confirmed orders
