Proficient in computer skills
Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel for report summarization and data sorting
Experience in accounting software or familiarity with sales processes is an added advantage
Detail-oriented, organized and good with numbers
Able to communicate well and coordinate effectively with internal departments and customers when required

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and documentation support to the outdoor sales team
Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, job sheets, packing lists and labels accurately and on time
Request costing from the costing department to support quotation preparation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery arrangements
Handle customers' supplier platforms for invoice submission, payment collection follow-up and related documentation
Support the sales team in tracking order progress, delivery status and payment matters
Attend to walk-in enquiries or contact customers regarding order, delivery or payment matters when assigned by the sales personnel
Maintain proper filing and systematic record management for sales-related documents
Assist with other sales administration and coordination duties as assigned
