Requirements
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Mandarin.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and strong team spirit.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other related sales documents.
Coordinate with customers and internal departments (warehouse/logistics) to ensure timely deliveries.
Handle and respond to sales-related inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product databases.
Assist in tracking sales orders, stock availability, and outstanding payments.
Support sales reporting and filing of relevant documents.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
