Required Language(s) : Mandarin and English
At least certificate or diploma equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience
Possess own transportation
Organized and have a good sense of time management
Easy-going, relaxed, and flexible
Able to multitask, be proactive, and be meticulous
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Address and resolving key client complaints.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
Support the key account teams assigned to each key client.
Communicate and collaborate with the other departments to ensure that key account’ needs are met.
Compile reports on account progress, goals, and reports for account teams and management.
Develop a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
Follow up on orders, fulfil them, and return them to key account. Communicate with them to adhere to established deadlines.
