Requirements

  • 1–2 years in Sales, Account Management or Business Development.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Enjoy meeting and talking to people.

  • Target-driven and proactive.

  • Good at managing your time.

  • Comfortable using CRM or sales tools.

  • Positive attitude and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow your client accounts.

  • Build strong relationships with clients.

  • Understand clients' hiring needs.

  • Recommend the right hiring solutions.

  • Follow up with clients regularly.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Update client information in the CRM system.

  • Work closely with internal teams.

  • Support client onboarding.

  • Identify new business opportunities.
