Prior HR experience in a fast-growing consumer-facing business—preferably Health & Wellness, FMCG, Retail, F&B, E-commerce or Live Commerce—is strongly preferred.
Experience supporting an owner-led SME through rapid team expansion, organisational restructuring or high-volume hiring for Sales, Live Hosts and Customer Service roles is an added advantage.
