• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the events industry.
• 拥有至少 2 至 4 年活动策划行业相关工作经验
• Experience in event sales and/or event coordination.
• 具备活动销售及／或活动执行协调经验
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 具备良好的沟通及谈判能力
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
• 工作有条理、积极主动，并具备多任务处理能力
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 能够在压力下工作，并按时完成任务
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, when required.
• 愿意在有需要时配合弹性工作时间及周末工作
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 由于此职位需要与华语客户沟通，具备流利华语能力者将优先考虑。

• Handle event inquiries and convert leads into sales
• 处理活动咨询，并将潜在客户转化为实际销售。
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable event solutions
• 了解客户需求，并提供合适的活动策划方案。
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients
• 准备报价单及提案，并持续跟进客户。
• Coordinate and execute events from start to finish
• 负责活动从前期筹备到执行完成的全流程管理。
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
• 与供应商、合作伙伴及内部团队保持良好协调沟通。
• Oversee on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution
• 监督活动现场运作，确保活动顺利执行。
• Handle event issues and last-minute changes effectively
• 妥善处理活动期间的问题及临时变动。
• Build and maintain good client relationships for repeat business
• 建立并维护良好的客户关系，促进长期合作及重复业务。
