Responsibilities
Reply to room rental inquiries (online platforms & WhatsApp)
Arrange & conduct room viewing (physical / virtual)
Follow up leads and convert to confirmed bookings
Assist with booking confirmation & deposit collection
Coordinate tenancy agreement with admin team
Achieve monthly sales & occupancy targets
Conduct QC check before tenant move-in
