Minimum STPM / Diploma in any related field

At least 1 year of sales experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-oriented, energetic and self-motivated

Goal-oriented and able to work independently

Willing to make customer visits in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas

Comfortable using email, Excel and basic sales systems

Must have a valid driving licence

Experience in sales, business development or account management is preferred.

Develop new customers and new business opportunities

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers

Conduct customer visits and sales presentations

Promote the company’s packaging products and solutions

Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms

Follow up on orders and ensure customer satisfaction

Handle customer enquiries and after-sales service

Generate new leads through networking, cold calling and social media

Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback

Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Achieve monthly/annual sales targets

Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and support smooth order delivery.
