1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in retail sales, live hosting, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.

3. Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera and engaging with customers.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Able to present products clearly and attractively during live sessions.

6. Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

7. Sales-driven, proactive and target-oriented.

8. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and good customer service skills.

9. Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and according to the live session schedule when required.

10. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Sales Assistant Responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.

• Provide product recommendations and maintain good product knowledge.

• Promote new collections, promotions and key products.

• Assist with daily boutique operations, stock replenishment and product display.

• Maintain boutique cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

• Follow company SOPs, grooming standards and POS procedures.

• Support boutique events, campaigns and other sales activities.

• Work closely with the boutique team and Sales Manager to achieve business objectives.

Live Host Responsibilities

• Host LIVE sessions on TikTok, Instagram or other designated social media platforms.

• Complete 3 hours of LIVE hosting per working day.

• LIVE hosting is not required on the employee's approved rest day or leave day.

• Present products confidently and professionally during LIVE sessions.

• Engage with viewers, answer questions and provide product information.

• Encourage and convert viewers into customers through LIVE selling.

• Support the promotion of new collections, campaigns and promotional activities.

• Maintain a positive, energetic and professional presence throughout the LIVE session.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team on LIVE products, promotions and content.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences, product demand and LIVE performance.
