Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the overall performance of the Sales Department.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Ensure sales plans are executed effectively and aligned with company objectives.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture through strong leadership and teamwork.
