• 1–3 years experience in retail sales, roadshow sales or product demonstration

• Confident in public speaking and live demonstration

• Energetic, friendly and persuasive personality

• Strong closing skills and target-driven mindset

• Able to work weekends and public holidays (if required for events)

• Own transport preferred

• Experience in health, wellness, kitchen appliance or home appliance industry is an advantage

• Good writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in speaking and communicating in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Able to work on weekends

Product Demonstration & Customer Engagement

• Conduct live product demonstrations at roadshows, retail outlets, events and partner locations

• Educate customers on pesticide removal, bacteria reduction and healthy living benefits

• Answer product-related questions confidently and professionally

• Create strong product value through storytelling and real-life examples
  

Direct Sales & Conversion

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Convert walk-in traffic into paying customers

• Handle product inquiries, objections and closing confidently

• Assist customers with payment processing and order documentation
  

Lead Collection & Follow-up

• Collect customer leads for follow-up

• Maintain accurate sales and customer records

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Support repeat purchase and referral opportunities
  

Event & Setup Support

• Assist in booth setup and teardown

• Ensure demonstration area is clean and professional

• Maintain proper display and stock levels

• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
