Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full set accounts

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Preferably Mandarin speaker to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients or management

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Fresh graduate with account based are welcome to apply.

Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in year-end closing

Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

Process invoices, payments, and staff claims

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities when required

Ensure accounting entries are updated accurately and timely

Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
