you will:
. Greet customers and provide friendly customer service
. Ask questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs
. Answer questions regarding available inventory
. Inventory control
. Learn details of all merchandise
. Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests
. Perform general store maintenance, cleaning and administrative duties
. Arrange test drives' for customers before they buy
. Help customers with new bike, gear sales and service.
. Building relationships to ensure future business
. Handle online sales requirements
. Hosting and planning riding events
. Ad-Hoc tasks assign by supervisor or manager
Skills and Qualifications
. At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
. Excellent people and communication skills
. N/O-Level and above
. Passion about new bike technology is preferred but not necessary
. Team player, Positive thinking and 'Can Do!' attitude
