• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

• Possess at lease 3 years of proven experience in a Sales Co-ordinator or similar administrative role, preferably within the hardware or machinery trading industry.

• Proficient in computer applications

• Excellent reading and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ,all three languages are MUST.

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and product information.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail to manage sales documentation and schedules effectively.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Preferable female age below 30

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including issuing DO / Cash Bill

• Liaise with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information, escalating complex issues to the sales representatives.

Office working hour: Monday to Friday (8.30am ~ 5.30pm) Saturday (8.30am ~ 1pm) Sunday & Public holiday off
