CRM Discipline — Updates records immediately, no missing data, no messy follow-ups.
Resilience Under Pressure — Thick skin, fast recovery, consistent performance.
Basic Tech Skills — Able to use dialer, WhatsApp, CRM, and follow scripts accurately.
Team Accountability — Shows up, reports properly, hits KPIs.
Responsibilities
Lead Qualification — Call inbound/outbound leads, filter serious customers, identify urgency, income band, and loan feasibility.
Appointment Setting — Secure WhatsApp follow-up, document collection, or consultant handover.
CRM Accuracy — Update call notes, lead status, and next action without delay.
Pipeline Management — Maintain daily call volume, follow-up rhythm, and ensure no lead is left idle.
Document Follow-up — Chase for payslip, bank statement, EPF, CCRIS/CTOS, tenancy, S&P, or valuation details.
KPI Execution — Hit daily calls, weekly appointments, and monthly submission targets.
Team Coordination — Work closely with loan consultants, pass qualified leads, and ensure smooth handover.
