Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written).
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Prior Team Lead experience is highly preferred.
HR Operations, shared services, or BPO experience is preferred.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing operational KPIs and team performance is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team handling HR Operations and employee support services.
Monitor SLA, productivity, utilization, and service quality performance.
Conduct coaching sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with QA, Trainers, and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
Manage workflow queues and daily operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance employee experience and team performance.
