Requirements
Minimum SPM or above
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to communicate in Mandarin and basic English
Cantonese speaking will be an added advantage
Customer service or call centre experience is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willing to learn
Able to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Working Hours (Rotational Shift):
Shift 1: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Shift 2: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via calls, email, and live chat
Assist customers with:
Order tracking & updates
Order modifications & cancellations
Booking changes and issue resolution
Product and package enquiries
Provide accurate and timely support to customers
Escalate unresolved cases when needed
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
Update customer information and maintain proper records
Achieve service and productivity targets
Deliver professional and friendly customer service at all times
