Telecontinent Hiring! Full Time Outbound Lead Generation Executive in WP Kuala Lumpur, Earn up to MYR 3,600 - Ricebowl

• SPM and above (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Well versed and good communication in English
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.

• To perform outbound contact centre activities for property lead generation, including contacting prospective purchasers and enquirers from client-provided and/or approved lead lists.
• To capture, update, and maintain lead and enquiry details, including customer profile, preferred project, source of lead, contact outcome, and follow-up status in the designated CRM or reporting template provided.
• To arrange callbacks, appointment setting, site visit scheduling, showroom visit coordination, or handover of qualified leads to sales team or appointed representatives, where applicable.
• To ensure all lead generation activities are conducted in accordance with approved scripts, property campaign guidelines, service levels, personal data protection requirements, and quality assurance standards agreed.

Working hour :Monday - Friday (10am-7pm) / Saturday optional

Working Location:Menara Tan & Tan 

Salary package:Basic salary : RM 2200- RM 3000, KPI Allowance: Up to RM 500, Attendance allowance RM 100
