Requirement:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or telecommunication is an advantage
• Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
• Good command of English; additional languages (Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu) are an added advantage
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• Build and nurture relationships with business owners and decision-makers through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Understand each customer's business needs and recommend the most suitable solutions to help them achieve their goals.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through retention, upselling, and account growth.
• Develop your commercial acumen by working in a fast-paced environment that provides exposure to B2B sales and client relationship management.
• Engage confidently with stakeholders across various levels of an organisation, with opportunities to interact with senior management and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate customer interactions and pipeline updates within our CRM system

Benefits

• Remuneration package:
• Basic: Up to RM3,000
• Attendance allowance: RM100
• Sales Incentive: Up to RM1,000 *Note: Basic salary will be determined based on the candidate's years of relevant experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.

Working hours:

• 8 working hour, 2 days off
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday – Friday
