Job Description

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of HR Admin experience

  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records, documentation, and HR database

  • Prepare employment letters and contracts

  • Process payroll and statutory submissions

  • Maintain leave and attendance records

  • Coordinate training and employee engagement activities

  • Support audit and compliance documentation

  • Handle day-to-day employee enquiries
