Requirements
• Minimum Diploma / Degree in relevant study.
• Positive attitude to work.
• Any prior experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent physical fitness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player who can perform under minimum supervision.
• Self-initiative and diligent in performing daily tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (email, excel, powerpoint) at least intermediate level.
• Proficient in email writing is a must.
Responsibilities
• Focal contact for all calibration/repair/NCR transaction for in-house MMA/TA division including Contract Manufacturers (CM).
• Coordinate calibration activities to ensure all testing instrument/devices used in the line are calibrated according to National / International standards and sent in timely for cal & returned within the established TAT.
• Publish cal due equipment list for planner team to perform booking.
• Track, trigger & follow up calibration status with respective cal provider weekly.
• Trigger related user-owner on potential overdue/overdue units daily.
• Manage the RCC spares & assist in providing hot swap equipment for production/engineering use.
• Submit purchase requisition (PR) for calibration units.
• Assist in coordinating early/one time cal for product line transfer when needed.
• Trigger and follow up till closure on equipment eligible for Interval Extension.
• Coordinate the shipment of the after-cal equipment back to CM.
• Handle the registration /withdrawal of MMA/TA equipment.
• Carry out any RCC-related task/project as & when required or assigned by the supervisor.
