• Minimum Qualification: SPM, Diploma or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum years of relevant working experience (preferably in production environment)

• Knowledge: Familiar with production process and workflow

• Skills:

  • Able to handle production operations effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel & Word)

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Strong writing and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities

• Ensure production targets are met

• Prepare and update production reports

• Coordinate with QC and warehouse teams

• Maintain safety and quality standards

• Supervise and guide production staff

• Support continuous improvement initiatives
