The operator has to perform blending line setup and start blending. The operator is responsible for the pre-blend, final blending and in process quality checks of finished goods. The operator will follow according to the bulking (blending) and packing instructions based on the formula on the manufacturing order. Monitoring and controlling blending process to ensure smooth process. Closing of Bulking MO with accurate information on raw materials and intermediates consumption. Sampling for lab clearance on bulking quality. Update Bulking MO and report abnormity on bulking and intermediate materials, blending process, and equipment.
Packing
The operator has to perform packaging line setup and start packaging. The operator is responsible for the packing, repacking activities, and quality checks on the packaging of our finished goods. The operator will need to ensure the accurate packing weight and ensure the correct GHS (Globally Harmonized System) label being used for our Finished Goods (FG). This position will work with various teams and work groups within Manufacturing, Customer Experience, Quality Control and Warehouse/Logistics to identify areas for continuous improvement with inventory accuracy, first pass quality (FPQ), reductions in restir / resample and adjustments and productivity efficiencies.
