任职资格

  • Minimum SPM with sales working experience
  • Language(s) required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Outspoken, strong customer service skills, and a sales-oriented mindset
  • Able to work on retail hours (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Able to work at Atria Shopping Gallery

岗位职责

  • Providing product consultation and recommendations to customers
  • Attending to customers’ inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers in identifying and purchasing required products
  • Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time
