Candidates with real estate sales experience will be given preference.

Candidates without experience are welcome to apply, as the company provides structured training.

Good communication and sales skills.

Proactive, responsible, and motivated to achieve high earning potential.

Able to work from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being a regular working day.

Able to communicate in Mandarin. Ability to communicate in English or Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

Handle business development for property sales and rental transactions.

Follow up with leads provided by the company and actively develop new clients.

Arrange property viewings and provide professional real estate consultation to clients.

Follow up on quotations, negotiations, agreements, and the overall closing process.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
