Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided)

Experience in retail or sales is an added advantage

Strong interest in sales and customer service

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speakers will be an added advantage)

Pleasant personality with a positive and proactive attitude

Target-driven with strong motivation to achieve sales goals

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to learn and improve product knowledge and sales skills

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail hours

Well-groomed with a professional appearance

Working Location At Dilooma Jalan Ipoh.

Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products

Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business

Demonstrate good product knowledge and provide accurate information

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

Maintain showroom/store cleanliness and proper product display

Assist in stock management, including replenishment and stock checks

Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
