Requirements
Foster and nurture robust relationships with clientele by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering assistance across various platforms like email and telephone.
Contribute to the swift and efficient resolution of customer issues and grievances by liaising with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
Able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Willing to go on business trip when necessary
Have own transportation
At least have diploma and above or equivalent studies
Responsibilities
Manage and uphold key accounts for existing customers
Oversee account receivables, update quotations, handle complaints, and provideshipment updates.
Review and update customer contracts regularly.
Plan shipment schedules, make bookings, and conduct follow-ups.
Generate Proforma Invoices for both plant and customers.
Handle incoming inquiries.
Introduce new products to the market and existing key accounts.
Compile monthly sales performance reports for individual customers based on shipment data.
Ensure regular updates of shipment statuses on all outstanding orders to customers on a weekly basis.
