About the Role

Humana International is looking for an ambitious and driven Management Trainee to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to develop strong business, leadership, and client-management skills while gaining hands-on exposure to the executive search and recruitment industry.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced consultants and business leaders, taking part in various aspects of business development, talent acquisition, client engagement, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Support recruitment and executive search assignments from candidate sourcing through to placement.
• Conduct market research and develop an understanding of industry and talent trends.
• Engage with candidates and clients professionally to understand their needs and expectations.
• Work closely with senior consultants and management on strategic projects.
• Participate in training programmes designed to develop consulting, communication, sales, and leadership capabilities.
• Take on increasing responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a strong interest in business and people.
• Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
