We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well asteaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers. Key roles and responsibilities
Manage operations of tuition/enrichment programmes and student care to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency
Streamline operational procedures
Manage all staff under your charge by maintaining and/or building an effectiveteam
Facilitate parents' feedback and assume point of contact for dispute resolution
To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
To handle parents'/students' enquires on class timings/services/etc
To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes toschedule
Provide relief/take on tuition classes should the need arise
Planning of manpower and staffing
Report and update management periodically on operations
Joining in kitchen operation for learning the kitchen preparation, cooking and SOP of each menu.
Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations of restaurants.Learning in checking food quality routine and ingredient shelf life.Learning in control food wastage.
Participating in all learning opportunities within the restaurant.
Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Taking detailed notes and liaising with Operation Trainer Manager & Restaurant Managers. Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
Transfer to work in other outlets operations to meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
Assist in helping others and teamwork with each other.
Follow leader instruction and perform work in good manner.
Report to leader-in-charge regarding issue happened.
