Responsible for onsite troubleshoot machine, service and repairs of automation system, and process improvement.
Prepare and develop schedule as per project requirements and execute mechanical part design, process, complete machine documentation and buy-off criteria.
Ensure customers' requirements are met in design specification, evaluate feasibility and provide technical expertise.
Attend to all customer complaints and resolve reported non-conformance and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Preparation of project documentation and develop service technical documentation and reports.
Material planning and communicate with suppliers on part purchase.
Witness on equipment testing.
Communicate with draftsman on any changes on drawing information.
Occasional travel to outstation and work during odd/non- working hours for project support.
Install and configure fibre optic systems: This involves installing cables, connectors, and other equipment required for the fibre optic system to function properly. Technicians must also perform tests to ensure that the system is operating correctly.
Maintain and repair fiber optic systems: Technicians must be able to troubleshoot and repair issues with the fiber optic system as they arise. This can include diagnosing problems with the cables, connectors, and other equipment, and replacing or repairing components as needed.

Communicate with clients: Technicians must communicate with clients to understand their needs and to provide updates on the status of the installation or repair process.
Document work: Technicians must maintain detailed records of their work, including installation plans, maintenance records, and test results.
Ensure safety: Technicians must ensure that they are following safety protocols when installing and repairing fiber optic systems. This can involve wearing protective gear, following safety procedures when working at heights, and taking other precautions as necessary.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Technicians must keep abreast of new developments in the fibre optic industry, including new technologies and techniques, to ensure that they are providing the best service to their clients.

Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems and equipment.

Helping the production staff in the daily duties such as assembly, testing, and packaging of products using electric and engineering hand tools ensuring production is delivered on time as agreed with the Production Supervisor.
Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Carry out monthly preventive maintenance for the ventilation and air-conditioning system such as the AHU, FCU split unit cooling towers, pumps and control system, including cleaning and repair of the systems.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Perform other related duties and activities as required from time to time.
