1.To incharge of products (Unit Sales) under dealership as assigned by the Management
2. Lead the Sales & Marketing team of Sabah to achieve company sales target & growth
3. Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring of sales personnel.
4. Ensure the Sales & Marketing team of Sabah adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) & policy of the company.
5. Planning on sales strategy, advise/assist sales & marketing personnel to compile proposal and product information to prospective customers.
6. To promote and introduce our company product line to new prospect customer and follow up from existing customer on product performance, customer yearly budget and their satisfaction on our product.
7. To gather customer database and analyzing customer and market needs. The main target sector are transporter, oil palm plantation, timber company, forwarding company, forklift, tractor and generator prospect.
8. Build and promote strong, long lasting relationship with customer by understanding their needs.
9. To gather competitors activities, market information (especially on pricing, model and merchandising techiques), report to management for construction machinery, transport equipment & material handling equipment and spare parts.
10. Product support activities including machine delivery, machine demonstration and operating briefing. Occasionally, road show activities.

Support the preparing of Sustainability Report including materiality assessment, stakeholder’s engagement, data collection and management and report drafting
Support the planning and development of effective Sustainability awareness strategies and materials for internal stakeholders
Facilitate and support sustainability engagement and advocacy initiatives such as CSR events, training, social media content, website and other channels to engage our key stakeholders
Support the development and publication of the company’s integrated annual report
Ensure development of t an effective and consistent image and marketing/message strategy
Manage for the creation and dissemination of all official corporate communications to press, investors/industry analysts and financial communities
Requirements:
Degree from recognized University with at least 5 years of relevant experience
A passion for sustainability
Familiar with local or international sustainability frameworks and standards including the preparation of Sustainability report aligned with Global Reporting Initiative and International integrated Reporting Framework
Effective team work and time management skills to meet project datelines
Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin, would be beneficial)
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
Good analytical skills and Analytical thinking skills
Event managers plan and oversee events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, cultural events, exhibitions, formal parties, concerts, or conventions.\
They organise every stage of the events planning the venues, staff, suppliers, media, insurances all within the allocated budgetary and time limits. Event managers ensure the legal obligations are followed and the expectations of the target audience are met. They work together with the marketing team in promoting the event, searching new clients and gathering constructive feedback after the events took place.
1. Defining and developing policies and procedures for engineering projects being developed as well.
2. Provides statistical reports and data on the engineering project to carefully document the process, provide necessary invoicing, purchase needed materials and equipment.
3. Work may involve travel to project sites to provide field research and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget guidelines.
4. Provides background information and documentation for management consideration on various projects.
5. Complete the documentation requirements of the job in an accurate timely manner. This includes such things as work order preparation and post construction analysis, drawings, time sheet, correspondence requisition an etc.
6. Measuring the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines.
7. Testing, evaluating, modifying and re-testing products.
8. Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient.
9. Providing technical advice.
10. Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
