岗位职责

  • Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations for assigned sites
  • Assign work schedules and deployment of cleaning staff to clients
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality and standards
  • Handle client requirements, complaints and service requests
  • Perform QC checks and submit cleaning reports to clients
  • Ensure cleaning materials, equipment and PPE are well maintained
  • Might need to work on weekends/public holiday
  • Need to travel to client's places to liaise work.
