Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive at eZee Technosys (M) Sdn. Bhd. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture relationships with hospitality clients across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and online meetings, presenting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, providing ongoing account support, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will be expected to meet defined sales targets, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and represent eZee’s solutions in a professional and consultative manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to build and grow a sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including managing client relationships and supporting long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in B2B software or hospitality technology sales is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong self-motivation, organization, and time management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and common productivity tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, spreadsheets, presentations).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders across cultures and time zones, and readiness to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
