Job Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people strategies.
- Use HR analytics and workforce metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support business decisions.
- Drive workforce readiness, retention, and organizational change to support business growth and operational stability.
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy compliance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and documentation through regular audits and governance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring, onboarding, and workforce expansion.
- Collaborate with Compensation on job evaluations, merit reviews, and total rewards initiatives.
- Drive performance management, talent development, and learning initiatives to build organizational capability.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, hiring effectiveness, productivity) to provide actionable business insights.
- Coach and support managers on people management, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
Job requirement
- Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
- Meticulous, good inter-personal and communication skills.
