HR & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Location: Johor, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month (depending on experience)

ABOUT US

We are a growing infrastructure development company undertaking the development of a modern ferry terminal and related maritime facilities. We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Administration Executive to support our project office and contribute to the successful delivery of this landmark development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HUMAN RESOURCES

• Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in payroll administration and attendance monitoring.
• Coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee inquiries and HR-related matters.

ADMINISTRATION

• Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
• Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.
• Liaise with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Maintain proper filing systems and document control procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR and administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments is an advantage.
