Responsibility:

• Source & purchase raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and non-food items required for operations.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, credit terms, and timely deliveries
• Ensure quality and freshness of food supplies meet company standards
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with kitchen / outlet managers to understand requirements and forecast demand.
• Handle any issues related to supply delays, quality discrepancies, or damaged goods.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Requirements:-

• Education: Diploma or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Experience in F&B purchasing or procurement is a plus.
• Languages: Basic English & Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic inventory system.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
