Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress against milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
- Design and review electrical systems, components, and layouts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving to address project issues and challenges.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
- Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
