Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage Electrical Engineering project in the construction environment from inception to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure acquire materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustment when necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise before or after the project commencement.
- Provide updates and reports to company management on project status regularly.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
- Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
