Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized IT Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects. The role involves managing project documentation, scheduling meetings, tracking project progress, and assisting project managers in ensuring successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
Maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
Support project documentation, governance, and compliance requirements.
Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and project team members.
Monitor project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Assist with procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking activities.
Coordinate security clearance and site access.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Project Management, or related field.
2 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
