Job Description

Responsibilities

Admin Adssistant

  • Available in Admin Dept / Operation Dept / Warehouse Dept / and etc.
  • Handling of all administrative works (eg. report, invoicing, stocks controls and etc).
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal team.
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the administrative functions.
  • Filing, maintain records, and reporting submissions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above.
  • Must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Applicants must willing to work in Seksyen 26, Shah Alam.
  • Flexible to work over time when required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
