任职资格

  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent editing software 
  • Strong understanding of videography, framing, lighting, pacing, and storytelling 
  • Experience producing content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and digital ads 
  • Able to work independently and under tight deadlines 
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills 

岗位职责

  • Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, digital campaigns, commercials, events, and branded content 
  • Handle camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and production equipment 
  • Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for multiple platforms 
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, and design teams to bring campaign ideas to life 
  • Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and basic visual effects when needed 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives 
  • Manage video assets, file organization, and post-production workflow 
  • Stay updated with content trends, editing styles, and social media formats
