Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Operations:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily financial records and ledgers.
- Payments & Tracking: Monitor accounts payable, track outstanding balances, and execute timely payments to vendors and partners.
- Invoicing: Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices to clients.
- E-Invoice Workflow: Handle and oversee the end-to-end e-invoicing workflow, ensuring compliance with current digital tax/invoice standards.
Administrative & Business Growth Support:
- Admin Oversight: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to keep internal operations running smoothly.
- Business Development & Marketing: Assist with company growth initiatives, which may include organizing marketing materials, tracking lead generation, or supporting outreach campaigns.
- Evolution of Scope: Take on additional projects and responsibilities from time to time based on mutual understanding and your professional growth goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting (passionate fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Software Skills: Proficiency with modern accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and standard office tools (MS Excel, Google Workspace). Experience with e-invoicing platforms is a major plus.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and supporting administrative and marketing functions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
