Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR department in daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Support recruitment activities such as screening resumes, arranging interviews, and contacting candidates.
• Assist in preparing staff documents including offer letters, memos, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records, filing systems, and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance monitoring, leave tracking, and staff database updates.
• Support onboarding and orientation process for new employees and interns.
• Assist in organizing staff training, employee activities, and internal events.
• Help monitor staff hostel matters, staff welfare, and employee relations activities.
• Assist in payroll preparation and other HR-related reports when required.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and HR documents at all times.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the HR Department or management.

Learning Opportunities:

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
• Able to maintain confidentiality and work professionally

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month
