Salary: RM3,500 – RM3,800

Location : Jln Profesor Diraja Ungku Aziz, Seksyen 12, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (PJ Area)

Job Responsibilities

·Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.

·Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and account reconciliations.

· Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

·Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections.

·Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

·Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.

·Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

·Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.

·Monitor cash flow and bank transactions.

·Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Job Requirements

·Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

·Experience in handling full set accounts is preferred.

·Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

·Knowledge of SST, e-Invoicing, and Malaysian accounting regulations will be an advantage.

·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

Travel Agency, Tourism, Diving Centre, or Related Industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
